Ashantaga Vinyasa

Tuesdays 7.30-9PM

Based on Ashtanga Primary Series, a physically demanding dynamic sequence, this practice is adopted and delivered with a modern twist to rekindle the childlike curiosity. More kindness to the body, less judgement to the “performance”.
