My name is Rebecca Harty, I've been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years now.
I'm trained in Hatha, Kundalini yoga for Adults and children.
I'm also an Angelic Reiki master, Gong practitioner and Ayurvedic massage therapist.
Travelling to India annually for pilgrimage has supported my practice and study of Vedic philosophy.
My personal daily practice is in Bhakti yoga, jappa meditation and Asana.
I also held the position of Upper School Art teacher for 17 years at the local Rudolph Steiner School.
My focus now is with Yoga, Reiki, Sound Therapy and Massage.
