I turned to yoga in 2008 when I was living in London, stressed out, unhappy and wondering what to do with my life. I then trained to teach in 2012 with Sivananda Yoga. I taught a more traditional form of yoga for many years, however the practice never sat quite right with me. I never felt flexible enough. I didn’t feel ‘calm enough’. I never felt good enough.

Inspired by my Mentor and teacher, Naomi Absalom, I started to look at yoga differently. I now teach a more empowering style of movement. I don’t want you to feel you aren’t good enough, I want you to feel great in your body. I want to teach you how you can get out of your overthinking mind and back in your body so you can finally feel at home.

I live in Seasalter with my two kids, husband and a dog. I absolutely love what I do and I’m so proud that I can finally say that! I hope I can welcome you to a class or retreat soon.

Yoga & Movement 

Tuesdays 18.30-19.30 Wednesdays  10.00-11.00

A weekly movement class for adventurous souls.

Set to a great soundtrack, we move to oil the joints, we shake off our stresses and we get out of our overthinking mind and back in our bodies.

You’ll recognise some of the postures from yoga, but there’s no advanced postures here. No struggling and force. Instead you will listen to your body and move in a way that feels good to you.
